Scotch And Soda...Mad Men Is Back, An Etsy Treasury

A lot of people have never heard of this song.  I have always loved it.   It is one of the signature songs of one of my favorite groups, The Kingston Trio. You can hear it on YouTube at the end of my blog. People may be more familiar  with their more famous song,"Hang Down Your Head Tom Dooley."

Back in the day, my brother Bill and I were scotch drinkers.  Cutty Sark on the rocks shared many deep conversations between us.  It is only a memory now, but a fond one.  I decided to create a treasury in its honor.

Blushing Bride, White Lace And Promises, An Etsy Treasury

The expression "blushing bride" used to be a fairly common one.  We do not hear it much any more.  Guess blushes have gone by the wayside.  Nevertheless, there are still a few lingering around and it is more fun to think of all brides as blushing and full of white lace and promises.  So here is my ode to all the new brides to be may your day be as beautiful as your soul.  I am featuring several shops from my Tagt Team on Etsy.  Their shops will be spotlighted.  Enjoy all these wonderful shops, each has something unique to offer.  Of course I have The Carpenters on YouTube at the end singing one of my favorite songs.  It still gives me goosebumps.

I Love You, Winnie The Pooh

Winnie the Pooh always comes to mind when I think of spring.  I love the song "Return To Pooh Corner" by Kenny Loggins.  Pooh reminds me of  my daughter Ali, and daughter-in-law, Jenny, sweetness, honey and all good things.  I think you will find some of those very things here in these wonderful Etsy Shops.  

This week my Tagt Team is featuring two shops, one birthday and a birthday next week that I will not be able to include.  So they are all in here with a special spotlight.  I am  enjoying being a new member of the 247 team,  And I am spotlighting a very special lady in Poland who has gorgeous amber.  Enjoy!
