Auld Lang Syne...

Auld Lang Syne...


..".for old time's sake" (for the sake of Auld Lang Syne)

 ...and with gentle, loving thoughts of Peter  Peter Prenzel-Guthrie, emeritus professor of psychology at Carleton College
Who passed away yesterday. He was my brother-in-law, mentor and friend.  I thank him for all he gave to me...so many riches without words to do them justice...the power to see, analyze, sing, travel, discover, learn, laugh, strive for excellence.  He was a great man.

 I will always cherish my time spent with him.

    Really moving and meaningful, Patti. Brought tears to my eyes, thinking of everyone I have lost over the years. It was a happy thought to remember the new great friends I have now......LOVE< LOVE Donna:)xoxo

    I agree with Donna on how moving and meaningful this had been. I like to think that we never really lose those who have touched our lives, but carry a special place for them in our hearts. They are a part of the fabric which makes us human and adds to the tapestry of life. I am thankful for all past and present and hopeful for those who are yet to come.
